Our commitment to you: our bond back guarantee stands strong for 72 hours post the completion of our end-of-lease cleaning. Should your landlord or real estate agent spot anything not quite right, we'll happily return to address it at no extra cost. Just drop us a note along with a photo, and the original email from your agent – we'll promptly arrange a re-clean with our team.

What's Covered:

Our bond cleaning guarantee encompasses all the cleaning elements specified in our quote and checklists. While we take pride in our service, please note that we don't assume responsibility for damages caused by tenants.

What's Not Covered:

Ceilings, walls, grout, mould, garden and deep stains fall outside our bond guarantee. We can't promise to remove stains or marks that resist standard cleaning products or chemicals.
